Song Hye Kyo's Beauty Secrets:

*Use a fresh egg white and spoonful of honey, mix evenly. Apple the mask to your face before bed. Wait for the mask to dry and then rinse off the mask with water. Use this every two weeks.
[The egg white stimulates the skin cell and blood circulation which will effectively repairs any facial damage. The egg-yolk contains rich lecithin, glycerin trinitrate fat, and vitellin, which are elements found in many whitening products.]

*Take honey & add 2 to 3 times water to dilute. Apply the mixture to your face and massage. This helps brighten skin & reduce fine lines. Use once every 2 weeks.
*A spoonful of honey, powdered milk, 1 egg white, mix well then apply face. Use a cotton pad to apply a light layer. Wait 20 mins then rinse with water. Use every two weeks. This is good for dry skin.

*Song Hye Kyo's other secret is using milk to wash her face and also often using milk as mask for her face making her skin soft like velvet. You can use any type of milk (whole, low-fat, etc.). Pour the milk into a small bowl and take a cotton pad and use it to apply the milk onto your face. There is a high chance that it will drip, so just lightly dab at the dripping parts on your face. Wait about 15-20 minutes for the milk to dry. Once it is dry, rinse off the mask and apply your moisturizer.
*When she has a busy schedule, Son Hye Kyo uses cucumber masks to relieve tired skin and keep the firmness of skin.

*Song Hye Kyo's secret is stay away from food that is bad for the skin such as chocolate, coke, black tea etc. She eats lots of fruits, veggies, and eggs. She also pays attention to vitamins, for moisture.

Face Slimming:
*Song Hye Kyo uses ice cubes and 冰涼玉石 in the summer to massage the tired skin. This helps her skin feel more firm & tight displaying a new fresh charm.

Song Hye Kyo for Laneíge

What are your Laneíge favourites and what is your secret to flawless skin?
*Laneíge Power Essential Skin Toner is my favourite item. I use it every morning and evening. When it comes to skincare, I put much priority on moisturising and firming-up the skin.Power Essential Skin Toner is a good item to combat dryness, especially when I'm filming outdoors. Although it is a toner, when applied on the face, it feels like a serum that stays longer, I really love this item.
*After a rigorous day at work, I’ll either use Star Pure Treatment Mask (sheet mask) or Water Sleeping Pack. I use these alternatively every night to rejuvenate and refresh my skin.
*Usually, I don't try to cover the skin under thick make-up, I just pay more attention to giving it more radiance by accentuating luminosity.

What is your favorite Korean dish? Are there any special diets you adhere to?
*My favourite food is pumpkin soup (호박죽). Pumpkin is good for health and it is also good for reducing the “swollenness” of the body, so I really like it.
*For my health, I don’t eat fast food or drink soft drinks. I also prefer fish and vegetables to meat. For keeping my body fit, I try to make and eat Korean food as much as possible and I frequently do stretching exercises after dinner.

How does Song Hye-kyo stay in shape?
*I stay in shape by regularly hitting the gym. I’ve adhered to a workout routine since my debut. I exercise more than 4 days a week. What I like most is the 20-minute stretching exercises before and after the workout.
*I do full-body stretches such as bending over, while standing, to touch my toes.
*After a workout, I usually relax with a nice, warm bath. Water is heated until body temperature and aroma-scented bath herbs like lavender is added to it. It works wonders in chasing away fatigue and stress.
*Also, I frequently hydrate the body by drinking water. You can begin your day by drinking two glasses of water on an empty stomach, and complete the daily mission of drinking more than 1.5 liters of water every day.
